Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://nukehub.org (the “Site”), https://lab.nukehub.org (“NukeLab”), https://talk.nukehub.org (“NukeTalk”), https://auth.nukehub.org (“NukeAuth”), https://nrms.nukehub.org (“NRMS”), or https://analytics.nukehub.org (“NukeAnalytics”) operated by NukeHub (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the services.
Our Services
NukeHub operates several connected services:
- NukeHub — the main website and project information hub.
- NukeLab — an online scientific computing platform providing on-demand servers, workspaces, and shared resources.
- NukeTalk — a community discussion forum powered by Discourse.
- NukeAuth — our identity and access management system, powered by Keycloak.
- NRMS — a nuclear reactor monitoring and PRIS data visualization service.
- NukeAnalytics — an analytics platform for exploring nuclear data with SQL Lab, charts, and dashboards, powered by Apache Superset.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use any of the services listed above.
NukeAuth Accounts
You may create or access an account through NukeAuth using email/password or social login providers such as GitHub, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. A single NukeAuth account may grant access to NukeLab, NukeTalk, NRMS, NukeAnalytics, and any other services we connect in the future.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account across all services you access, regardless of whether the credentials are managed by us or a third-party provider.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
- Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, account, or computing resource.
- Use NukeLab compute resources for cryptocurrency mining, brute-force attacks, or other activities unrelated to scientific, educational, or project-related work without explicit authorization.
- Overload, abuse, or interfere with the operation of our infrastructure or other users’ use of the services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any behavior we determine, at our sole discretion, to violate these rules or harm our services or users.
NukeLab Compute and Data
NukeLab provides shared compute resources subject to available capacity, fair-use limits, and queue management. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific performance levels, or availability of any resource tier.
You are responsible for backing up data you create or upload to NukeLab. We may delete, archive, or reset inactive workspaces and servers to optimize server storage and maintain platform health.
Content
Our services may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available information, text, graphics, code, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for any Content you submit.
By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:
- The Content is yours or you have the right to use and share it.
- Sharing the Content does not violate the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
You retain ownership of any Content you submit. By posting Content through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the services. We may remove or disable access to Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NukeHub. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to any of our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will survive.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our services are available globally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction. If you access our services from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the services.
